While shipping is free all over India, delivery of your order may take between 4-5 working days.

RETURNS

How do I return/exchange an item?

Email us at support@bombaydiva.com for return or cancellation of an order.

Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the product is picked for return.

Also the item being returned should not be worn or washed.

 

REFUND

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days after the product has been received at our warehouse.
